Orders over £100 also come complete with a complimentary branded soft suede pouch for storing your jewellery as well as a jewellery polishing cloth to keep your jewellery shinning for longer.

We want you to love and cherish your Grove & Vae pieces just as much as we do. By giving your new jewellery the proper love and care it needs, it will last a long, long time.

Remove jewellery before showering, exercising, or swimming, and avoid contact with liquids or chemicals including water, lotions, perfume, alcohol, and hairspray.

We recommend using a dry microfibre or cotton cloth to gently wipe your jewellery, and storing your pieces individually in the Grove & Vae Signature Velvet Jewellery Pouch and box provided to avoid scratches.

Do not use metal cleaners or polishes. Finally, we recommend protecting your jewellery from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and rough surfaces.

UK orders: We offer standard delivery on all orders and will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days via Royal Mail.

International orders: All international orders will be shipped with International Tracked delivery and will be received within 4-10 working days.

We cannot process nor deliver orders on public holidays. In these instances, please anticipate that your order will be processed the next business day.
