Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including the original jewellery box and pouch. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please use the Contact Form or contact us at info@groveandvae.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns

Any returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (please ensure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer.

Damages and issues

Quality assurance is among our highest priorities however if you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact us immediately using the Contact Form or email us directly at info@groveandvae.com so that we can resolve the issue for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns on earrings and other pierced jewellery. All earrings sales are final.

We cannot accept returns on any jewellery that has been personalised or engraved.


Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges, if you wish to change your order once it’s been placed please send us an email at info@groveandvae.com. An alternative way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
